For this cover I took on the role of art director and curator of the illustration, translating the client’s specified colour palette into a striking commercial design. Knowing the book’s premise—this emerging field of Nutrição Comportamental that emphasises the biopsychosocial relationship with food instead of mere “nutrients” or “diets”.
Working with the client’s brand colours, I selected and adapted an illustration that anchors the cover in motion and human‑connection—food, behaviour, interaction. The typography and layout were calibrated to give impact at retail‑size: strong title, clear authoring, and a visual hierarchy that supports quick recognition of the topic while reinforcing academic credibility. The end result is a cover that aligns with the book’s intellectual depth and commercial ambitions: a professional presentation that invites both practitioners and students to engage.
